    Flexible Sections & Components

    With new collection drops twice per week and customers constantly visiting the site, Avara needed easy and agile modules they could configure and re-use to maintain freshness and variety. We built flexible components with full theme editor controls providing ultimate flexibility for internal teams.

    Custom Upsells

    Strong loyalty and repeat customer rates helped define clear goals for the redesign and build - make it even easier for customers to convert and grow their average order value and average items per order. We built custom "Complete The Look" upsell modules incentivizing users to add coordinated items directly to cart from the primary product's detail page.

    Made For Mobile

    With staggering mobile numbers (over 85%) of users - every element was designed and built for mobile. Critical information is always fixed to a user's mobile viewport on PDP's and the cart drawer, while sticky CTA's ensure that the Add To Cart and Checkout Buttons never leave a user's screen.

    From Boutique To Brand

    Founder Emily Wickard knew it was time for a visual elevation allowing Avara to grow from "Boutique" to "Brand". We took measured but deliberate steps in the journey, starting with new type systems, color palette, iconography, design systems and art direction.

    Content & Commerce

    Components like "Get The Look" combine editorialized content with conversion rich commerce, allowing Avara to both develop and assert its voice as a fashion authority while enabling users to by complete outfits, driving incremental AOV.

    With little in house expertise and only scratching the surface of Klaviyo's capabilities, we provided a full email suite audit, re-designed and developed all templates, optimized and tested flows including welcome series, win-backs, abandonment and sunset, and laid the foundation for continued advancements in segmentation and deliverability.

    Photography & Studio Tool Kit

    As phase 2 of the visual elevation, Driver art directed and executed a complete product photography toolkit setting the visual and technical requirements for all site wide product photography. Putting our plan into action, we oversaw the onsite build, equipment and software selection and team training of the brand's in house Dallas photo studio.

    Last year, Avara worked with Driver Digital to relaunch our website. From start to finish, Driver’s team was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and responsive. The end product was an amazing new website that is not only beautiful, but functions seamlessly. We loved working with Driver so much, we didn’t want to let them go after the relaunch! We are currently working with them on a monthly retainer to add further enhancements that elevate our online presence. Driver truly feels like an extension of our Avara team and we’re so grateful to be working together!
