We revitalized and elevated the brand's digital identity and iconography while building a mobile first Shopify storefront that puts personalization, and the 100% organic Peruvian Pima cotton product at the center of the customer experience.

    Monogramming and personalization are a huge part of the Kissy Kissy product offering and gifting program. We made it exceptionally easy for users to find monogram eligible product and easily preview their final customizations.

    Taxonomy & Navigation

    Finding what you're looking for with ease and clarity is a key user experience particularly for a mobile-first brand. Data, research and competitive analysis helped informed our naming conventions and site-wide navigation approach. Visual icons within category drop downs provide a visual trigger to users who frequently shop by style and product type.

    Data Informed Design

    Age range is the number one filtering mechanism when shopping for premium baby wear and gifts. We ensured a clear and intuitive correlation between age and product size, creating prominent calls to action and multiple pathways to shop by baby and toddler ages.

    Conversion First

    The journey from product page to checkout was roadmapped with precision and an acknowledgement of previous customer pain points. A required size selection ensures customers receive the accurate product size and easy cart drawer editing allows users to make quick adjustments to quantity, size, and gifting selections and messages.
