    Build A Personalized Product Method

    We designed and engineered a tailored "mini-quiz" allowing users to select hair type, hair concern and desired product categories to render personalized, curated, solution driven product recommendations.

    Quiz UX Design: 19% Conversion Rate

    Combining diversified business objectives including data collection, product education, and converting new customers to a bundle and save welcome incentive, we designed a mobile first quiz that identifies a users hair type, key concerns, and renders a personalized product methodology. Our quiz yielded a 19% conversion rate for new customers.

    Direct Add To Bag

    It was critical users could shop key products with direct add-to-bag functionality without navigating through filters and collection pages. We designed and engineered a solution enabling multi-variant selection including one-time purchase vs. subscription, delivery frequency, product size, and product use details nested in tool tips, all while never leaving the homepage.
