Build A Personalized Product Method
We designed and engineered a tailored "mini-quiz" allowing users to select hair type, hair concern and desired product categories to render personalized, curated, solution driven product recommendations.
Quiz UX Design: 19% Conversion Rate
Combining diversified business objectives including data collection, product education, and converting new customers to a bundle and save welcome incentive, we designed a mobile first quiz that identifies a users hair type, key concerns, and renders a personalized product methodology. Our quiz yielded a 19% conversion rate for new customers.
Direct Add To Bag
It was critical users could shop key products with direct add-to-bag functionality without navigating through filters and collection pages. We designed and engineered a solution enabling multi-variant selection including one-time purchase vs. subscription, delivery frequency, product size, and product use details nested in tool tips, all while never leaving the homepage.

Promoting product subscription in an authentic way with clear value propositions is a critical tool for growing customer life time value.
A Hero Product
New Wash - Hairstory's signature hero product is the foundation of the brand and a critical component to every customer's methodology. It was critical it could be discovered and purchased with ease directly from the home page.
UI Design
New Wash required a module allowing a user to accomplish all objectives and actions in one interface.
Conversion Optimized PDP
Our mobile first PDP had to be a conversion machine, all while educating customers, demonstrating efficacy, and featuring a variety of product types and purchase options.
